11.Ĭharles Kneeland, 37, of 61 Cross St., Southbridge, charged with larceny over $250, credit card fraud over $250, receiving stolen property under $250, and shoplifting, continued to Sept. Vida Agyeiwaa, 35, of 106 Eastern Ave., Worcester, charged with strangulation or suffocation, assault and battery on a family/household member, intimidation of a witness/juror/police officer/court official, and assault and battery, continued to Sept. A charge of possession of clonazepam was dismissed at the request of the commonwealth. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to stay away from and have no contact with the victims and to submit to GPS monitoring. He was placed on probation for 3 years, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to assault and battery on a person over 60 years old or disabled with an injury. The sentence is to run concurrent with any other sentences now being served.
George Skinder, 30, of 24 Charlton St., Worcester, was sentenced to 3 to 5 years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to possession of child pornography. Joel Carrasquillo, 44, of 11 Sturgis St., Worcester, was charged with assault and battery on a police officer, carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a loaded firearm without a license, possession of a large capacity firearm, possession of ammunition without a firearm ID card, and resisting arrest.
